Following a valid booking cancellation, the refund is issued using exactly the same method as the original payment. Funds are returned within 7 business days.
The possibility of changing your stay dates depends on the terms of the selected offer and is described in the booking conditions. For a refundable offer, the dates may be changed no later than 14 days before the planned arrival date.
