Breakfast
Breakfast is delivered to your apartment between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
If breakfast is not included in your reservation, you can order it until 6:00 p.m. the day before. Orders can be placed at Reception or by email/SMS. Please note that breakfast orders are confirmed only after payment has been received (We are sending a link for quick online payment.)
Smoking Policy
Baltic Season SPA Apartments is a non-smoking property. Smoking, including traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other nicotine products, is not permitted in apartments, on balconies and terraces, in common areas, the SPA & Fitness area, or the parking area. A fee of PLN 1,000 will be charged for any violation of this policy. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning, ozone treatment, repainting, or replacement of damaged items is required. A designated smoking area is available. Please contact Reception for directions.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours apply between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. We kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels low during this time for the comfort of everyone staying at Baltic Season SPA Apartments.
Toiletries & Household Supplies
For your convenience, we have prepared a starter set of toiletries and basic household supplies. Please note that these items are provided upon arrival and are not replenished during your stay.
Housekeeping During Your Stay
Apartment cleaning is provided after departure. Daily housekeeping service is not included during your stay.
Additional services are available upon request:
- Extra apartment cleaning – 250 PLN
- Towel replacement – 10 PLN per towel
Garbage Disposal & Recycling
Please use the designated garbage collection areas and separate garbage according to the recycling guidelines.
Garbage containers are located near the entrance gate and in the corner of the parking area next to Building B.
SPA & Fitness Area
Guests are welcome to enjoy our wellness area, which includes: Fitness room, Finnish sauna, Steam sauna, Ice fountain and Chill Room.
Location: Building A, Stairwell A1 (Level 0) (* Access is available using your access code).
- Saunas can be activated individually using the control panel in your apartment or directly in the SPA area.
- For the best experience, we recommend switching on the sauna in advance. If it has not been used recently, the heating time is approximately 15–20 minutes.
- Please use the SPA & Fitness area in accordance with the property regulations.
- We kindly ask all guests to keep the area clean and respect the comfort of other users.
Bicycle Storage & Bike Rental
A bicycle storage room is available for guests and is located at the end of Building A, near the Reception Office. *Access is available using your access code. Bicycles can be rented directly at Reception.
