  7. The Operator may refuse to accept an animal if the conditions set out in this section have not been met or if the animal’s condition or behavior poses a justified threat to people, other animals or property.
  8. If the Guest arrives with an unreported animal, the Operator may refuse to allow it to stay. If the Operator agrees to the animal’s continued stay, the Guest shall pay the fee for the entire period of its actual stay and cover reasonable and documented costs resulting from the failure to report it in advance.

§ 3. Fee for an animal’s stay

  1. The fee for the stay of one animal is PLN 60 gross for each commenced hotel day.
  2. The fee shall be paid in accordance with the reservation conditions, no later than before the animal is accommodated.

  4. If the animal is left in the Apartment, the Guest shall place information about its presence in a visible location by the entrance and remain reachable at the telephone number provided to the Operator.
  5. Before staff are scheduled to enter the Apartment, the Guest is required to secure the animal or remove it from the Apartment. Staff may refuse to enter if the animal has not been properly secured.
